Podcast

Robert Platt is the creator, and Habitations is the proud sponsor, of this homeowner-targeted learning platform.  The NuHaus Project is a podcast born from 39 years of professional observations in residential design and construction.  Observations of designers, clients, builders, retailers, manufacturers and the residential building industry in general.  We help you make sense of countless changes and brain-frizzing regulations that have evolved over the last several decades.  Sometimes it confuses the heck out of us, and we live here!  So, we thought that a semi-biased (really can’t say unbiased) platform to help consumers make informed decisions is just what the Dr. ordered.  We hope you’ll enjoy our project and benefit from the experience and knowledge base it has to offer.  We’re pretty confident that you will.  Who doesn’t like construction anyhow?

Robert Platt and Habitations, LLC are proud supporters of GPTC.
